2. Provide your order number, photos, and a description of the issue.

3. Once approved, we will provide return instructions and the return address.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by us.
